Our whole design philosophy is about creating simple clean items of jewellery, which are fun to wear and use and we very much hope you find our website in keeping with this approach.

Unfortunately due to the nature of online shopping we are required to provide you with certain legal statements regarding your use of this site, our interactions with you and your rights as a valued customer. We have tried to keep the language as simple and clear as possible and hope you find the following terms and conditions both fair and informative.

Throughout this page the term ‘Rainbow Daisy’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the Leanne Thurston who is the owner of this website. The term ‘you’ will refer to the user or viewer of the site or the individual who places an order.

By continuing to browse this website and/or place an order with us, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions explained in this document. These in turn will also govern our relationship with you, both in relation to this website and also during the order process.

We completely understand if you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, all we would request is that you do not use our website.


Many of the items shown on this website are for information purposes only. All of our items are handmade and as such may vary slightly in terms of colour. The majority of our items are commissioned by our customers based upon their own requirements or previous designs of ours that they have seen. If you see something you like then please get in touch and we will endeavour to produce this for you.

Where we have items in stock then a purchase button will be clearly displayed alongside the item on this website. The prices for goods and services are either clearly explained on the website or in the case of commissions, communicated to you in writing ahead of any work commencing. If you are unsure in any way then please contact us prior to placing your order.

By ordering goods or services you are agreeing to pay us the full amount for the said items. Our obligation to send goods or deliver services to you begins once we receive your payment in full.

In the majority of cases we will endeavour to send your goods to you within 5 working days of ordering, sooner where goods are immediately available. However in exceptional cases we reserve the right to cancel an order and return payment to you if we have a good reason or we suspect that the order may be illegal.

All photos displaying goods on this site are for information purposes only. Due to the nature of the products used to construct the goods, colours may vary and while every effort will be given to get as close a match as possible we cannot guarantee this. If in any doubt please contact us before making an order.

All orders are subject to availability and full clearance of your payment. We reserve the right to withdraw a product or service at any stage, if this is after payment has been made and before despatch then a refund will be given for all monies paid relating to that product.

Finally at this stage we are only able to accept orders through the website for UK delivery. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and would encourage you to contact us to discuss this further should this be an issue for you.


All customers have the option of paying online through Paypal using all major credit and debit cards. For our UK customers there is also the option of paying by bank transfers, cheques and postal orders, although these will need to clear before goods will be dispatched.

We apologise but at this stage we are unable to take card payments over the phone or in person.

All payments must be made in Great British Pounds.


All prices are currently exclusive of VAT as we are not currently VAT registered. As a result VAT is set at 0%.


We aim to dispatch items to you as soon as possible after we receive both your order and full cleared payment. In the majority of cases we will endeavour to send your goods to you within 5 working days of ordering, sooner where goods are immediately available.

If there will be a delay in sending your order we will write to you to inform you of this and our best estimate for dispatch. You are also more than welcome to contact us directly should you wish to check on the status of an order.

We are sorry but at this stage we are not able to allow collection of items in person.


(i) Deliveries in the UK
We use the Royal Mail for all deliveries within the UK. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for the performance of our chosen courier once the goods are despatched from our premises and any resulting delay that may occur.

To help with the delivery process please ensure the address you provide is as clear and full as possible. In some instances you may be required to sign for the delivery as proof of delivery. Please ensure somebody is available to sign for the delivery where possible. Rainbow Daisy cannot be held responsible if somebody without authority signs for the delivery on your behalf.

Please note we are also unable to take responsibility or accept liability for items delivered to places of employment. If you opt to have your items delivered to an item other than your residential address then you do so at your own risk and we would always recommend having them shipped to your residential address.

(ii) Deliveries outside of the UK

At this stage we are only able to accept orders through the website for UK delivery. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and would encourage you to contact us to discuss this further should this be an issue for you.


In the unlikely event that the goods you receive are faulty, damaged in transit or unsatisfactory then we can accept returns for 7 days after the date of receipt.

Before sending goods back to us please contact us first and we will advice on the appropriate steps to take and will issue you with a returns number. Items received outside of the timescales outlined above or without a valid returns number may not be entitled to a replacement or refund.

If you decide to return an item then please send all items back using the original packaging. Once we have received the item we will inspect it and either issue a refund, exchange or credit note.

In a case where we believe that an item has been damaged in transit then we may ask you to retain the damaged item for inspection by the courier. Please note that all jewellery returned will be throughly checked by us to ascertain the nature of the fault/damage, to ensure that the fault/damage was sustained prior to you receiving it. Where we believe this not to be the case we reserve the right not to issue a refund. A credit note may be offered in its place.

A total refund constitutes the invoice amount minus any postage & packaging costs, where postage & packaging was charged. A partial refund constitutes only the cost of the items returned. Under no circumstances will we refund the postage and packing costs. Where no postage & packaging was charged then the refund will be the cost of the items minus our standard postage & packaging rate for your destination.

Where a refund is made we will endeavour to make this within 10 days of receipt of the returned goods. The refund will be made either back to your card (for card purchases) or via cheque. For card refunds please allow up to 30 days for these to appear on your card statement.

Please note that all return postage and packaging costs will be borne entirely by you.  Rainbow Daisy shall not pay any of your return postage and packaging costs either in part or in full.

Where a credit note is issued, this will be valid for six months from the date of issue and its value will be calculated using full or part refund terms outlined above.

Please ensure items are returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund (subject to the conditions above).  If the item is returned after 7 days we will not be responsible for it and we will not be obliged to refund, replace or credit you in any way whatsoever.

After Care

All jewellery is subject to wear and tear and as such we would recommend regular inspection and maintenance during its life time. For more information on this, please read the care and maintenance section on our website.

Servicing and repair

Items may become damaged over time through use or accidental damage. We are able to offer a repair service for our customers, starting from £5 plus package and posting. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Please feel free to contact us whenever you wish using the contact details outlined on the contact page of this website. We endeavour to respond within one working day to most communication.

Contacting You

We will ensure that all contact with you is relevant and we will not send you unsolicited advertisements or any other sort of ‘spam’. We may email or call you to keep you up to date on the progress of your order, say for instance if there was going to be a delay in despatch or to discuss a return.

If you opt to sign up for our newsletter then you are giving us consent to contact you occasionally by email with news and offers about Rainbow Daisy and our products. You are free to unsubscribe from this list at anytime

We take your personal information and privacy very seriously and as such will not pass your details onto a third party, unless required to do so by law.


We hope you enjoy the service and products that we deliver and should you have any concerns at all please contact us at the earliest opportunity to allow us to deal with this promptly.

We believe that communication is vital to the successful resolution of any issue and all we ask is the opportunity to have a calm and polite conversation with you to help us work with you and resolve the problem.


We reserve the right to attempt to recover any losses incurred by unfair chargebacks. Chargebacks are deemed as unfair if (i) you have made a clear attempt to defraud us or (ii) you issue a chargeback without first making contact with us to resolve any issues reasonably.

By using this site and purchasing goods from us you agree that Rainbow Daisy has the right to debit you some or all of the following costs if you issue us with an unfair chargeback:

  • the manufacturing costs of the good(s)
  • the postage and packaging costs associated with any delivery
  • any chargeback fees incurred
  • any extra fees incurred during the chargeback
  • any other nominal fees.

Rainbow Daisy will involve all necessary law agencies wherever an unfair chargeback has occurred.


We use Paypal to provide the online payment feature of our website, ensuring that we have no access to your credit card details at any time during the transaction.

Paypal will use a secure check-out process, which can be identified by the padlock icon in either your browser address bar or status bar. Further details of the security provided by Paypal can be found on the Paypal website.

Rainbow Daisy cannot be held responsible for any security breaches that come about from the Paypal systems or website.


In order to process your order you will be asked to provide us with your name, address and other contact details such as telephone and email. We take our customers privacy very seriously and as a result confirm we will not pass this onto any third party, unless required to do so by law.
